Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING

1. For all international and domestic shipping, we ship worldwide. Our shipping partner is DHL.

 2. All orders are shipped 48hrs after the orders are made. Waybill/tracking details will automatically be sent from our shipping partner to recipients once shipment departs our facility. From that point, the responsibility of delivery lies solely on DHL. Orders can be tracked at: https://www.dhl.com

3. That the onus of monitor and tracking lies on the recipient. Packages unavoidably undeliverable by DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received by us. Restocking and shipping fees, apply.

4. Should any delivery issue arise, the client would be expected to contact DHL within the shortest possible time, firsthand. If added information is subsequently needed to aid resolve any issue, our team may be contacted, but might not be involved in the retrieval process.

5. Lasimiskincare shall not be liable for any loss, once the shipment is handed over to the shipment company.

6. Our company operates a "NO REFUND POLICY." Hence, customers are advised to give detailed delivery addresses, and double check same, before onward submission.

7. Issues of wrong delivery based on wrong addresses WILL NOT be entertained by Lasimiskincare. Should this arise, the recipient may liaise with the shipment company for retrieval or re-routing.

Lasimiskincare would not be liable for shipments that are broken or spilled in transit, delayed by industrial strikes, intercepted by customs, back end or extra charges while in transit, those affected by natural disasters and/or transfer of shipment from our official shipping partner, to their local carrier by the recipient.

 

 RETURNS

Our policy lasts 24 hrs for exchange,If 24 hrs have gone by since you received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange and we don't accept returns for a refund, we only Exchange unused unopened products.You will be charge 30% restocking fees plus shipping and the balance is applied if product is returned For Exchange.

To be eligible for an Exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.And we will charge you 30% restocking fees and shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange or store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit or Exchange will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to you.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit yet , please contact us at orders@lasimiskincare.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will get store credit , unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@lasimiskincare.com
